Baltimore City Workshop – Registration

Homeownership workshops are a great place to start your home buying process. These free classes provide an overview – from understanding your credit report to preparing for a home closing. Attending a workshop and/or one-on-one counseling may be required in order to be eligible for certain closing cost assistance and grant down-payment programs.

This workshop is open to any first time homebuyers who are planning to purchase a home in Baltimore City.

There are two ways to take our Baltimore City First Time Homebuyer workshop.
