In addition to BENI acquiring residential homes, we have also started our journey to revitalize the Main Street Corridor. BENI Purchased 3432 Belair Road October 18, 2019. The property was a vacant building that had extensive
fire damage. Thus far, we completed some exterior improvements which include a new roof and the exterior façade.
