Homeownership workshops are a great place to start your home buying process. These free classes provide an overview – from understanding your credit report to preparing for a home closing. Attending a workshop and/or one-on-one counseling may be required in order to be eligible for certain closing cost assistance and grant down-payment programs.
This workshop is open to any first time homebuyers who are planning to purchase a home in Baltimore City.
We hold our First Time Buyer Workshop in person, free of charge, every month on the First Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Herring Run Library. The next workshop is on November 16, 2019.
