Stronger Together

Strong community partnerships are vital to the well-being of Belair-Edison. Not only are they an important component of community advocacy efforts, but they can also enhance community engagement projects, and increase community awareness! This effort to promote the Belair-Edison community is led by Belair-Edison Neighborhoods, Inc., with assistance from our many partners!

Belair-Edison Neighborhoods, Inc.
Belair-Edison Neighborhoods, Inc. (BENI) is a nonprofit community based organization that works to foster an environment where residents, business owners, and stakeholders feel confident to invest their time, energy, and money. St. Ambrose Housing
St. Ambrose Housing Development is a lead partner with BENI and is dedicated to restoring and strengthening neighborhoods throughout Baltimore City by purchasing foreclosed properties and renovating them to top market standards for purchase. Homes are renovated with new or updated kitchens, baths, refinished hardwood floors, systems, windows, roofs and more. These renovated homes help to establish and maintain high standards in the community and encourage neighboring homeowners to make necessary repairs to their homes in an effort to maintain integrity and value. Learn more.
